The Future of Work for Design Consultancies is Hybrid

It is not a question of working from home vs. in the studio, it is a question of how to find a balance between the two.

Our consultancy has viewed this as a trial period. Remote work has been often discussed in the tech and design industry as “the future” of the workplace. And while we have met the challenges of working apart successfully, we know we do not want to shift to fully remote work.

When the restrictions are lifted, the question we are faced with is not: should we go back to the studio or go remote. The question is: how will we strike a balance between studio and home that works for the company, our clients, and our employees.
